I was awake by 3.00am

I like that my sister wrote a nice light email. I also like that all this, all this will be well, all this will be very very well, I find a way to feel better, my inner being knows everything and my inner being will make this work for me.

Also remember that thing, that was a thing, well it would not have worked anyway...

I am also grateful for the Don who was nice to me. I am grateful for that.
